Divorce and alimony

If a woman wishes to get a divorce in the state of Texas, how long does she have to have been married to her husband before she can get any alimony

Basically, the couple must be married over 10 years and the wife needs training to support herself. Or, there has been domestic violence within the past 2 years.

Texas does not recognize alimony; we do have spousal maintenance instead. There are three elements that must be present, in order for the spouse to qualify.
