Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Divorce Appeal
If all things are agreed and signed thru mediation, after a divorce has been declared, can it be contested or appealed? If there is no trial?

Not likely, unless you can prove fraud -- which would still be an uphill battle.

Re: Divorce Appeal
The idea of a mediated settlement agreement is that it cannot be revoked and has the same basic effect as if the issues had been decided in court. Many, many family law cases never go to "trial". A high proportion are settled either through mediation or through less formal means.
