Do I need an attorney to file for a divorce? I have not seen my husband in over 6yrs and have no idea where he is or how to get in touch with him. I also have 2 chilren age 3 and under.

You don't need an attorney if you know how to do it. Your children age 3 and under are not children of the marriage and need not be mentioned in the divorce.
