Divorce - need an attorney?

Hello,

I live in Dallas, Texas and I am going to file for divorce. My question is do I need to hire an attorney to do so, or can I file and take care of everything myself?

The divorce will be uncontested and there are no children. There is a house which is in my name, I will be continuing to live in the house and not sell it and my husband is not interested in anything to do with the house.

We have 2 vehicles, but one is in his name and one is in my name and we are each in possession of the appropriate vehicles.
