What can you do to beable to move to a diffent county closer to your family and friends with my childrens

If the other parent, does not object, then you can agree to whatever residency restriction you want.
In some cases, I limit children to a school district, Harris County, Harris County and any county touching Harris County, the State of Texas, or the continental US. In one case, where the father worked for an airline and travel all the time, the children were limited to anywhere in the US or the United Kingdom.
