divorce belongings
in my divorce i was given my child and the hosue we live in part time here i have paid off this house now
my present husband says it his also
he should have his name on it i have
not changed any paper work at the
court house i keep all in my mainden
name bloomingdale where do i stand ? thanks

Based on the limited information you gave, here is a short, global answer.
However, I highly suggest that you talk to a real estate attorney about YOUR situation.
Generally speaking, if the property belonged to you before you married your second husband, then it is your separate property.
If you put his name on it, then it will become community property.
Obviously, you don't know Texas law. Therefore, paying for an hour of an attorney's time would be will worth the money. Normally the fee would be between $100-$300 for an hour of an attorney's time.
I'd hire someone that does a lot of real estate law.
