Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I have been trying to divorce my bigamist since we seperated July 3, 1991. 3 adult children, no property issues. He may or may not be willing to sign due to his admission of Bigamy guilt, but I am permanently disabled and I have no more $$$ for inept paralegals nor overpriced so-called laywers who do not finish the job. We lived together in California for our entire marriage. Now I live in Denison, TX, and he lives with his 2nd illegal "wife" in Vegas.

My advice to you is: get a good lawyer. Any time you cross state lines in a family law/divorce case, you need a lawyer. You can't do it on your own.
I regret that you've had bad experiences with the legal professionals you've dealt with heretofore.
Generally, you don't need his signature to get a divorce.
From what you've told me, it sounds as if Texas may not have jurisdiction.
