do you have to get a divorce from a bigamist spouse in texas if you are the first wife. Have talked to 2nd wife and all in same state

yes. Your marriage is not terminated just because your husband married another woman. You need to file for divorce.

The 2nd marriage is not legal. A divorce is required to terminate the 1st marriage.
