my boyfriend has been in jail since 1997 and he wants to get divorce from his ex. i how can he do it from the place he in jail at. and how long will it take to file for the divorce. and what if the ex doesnt want to sign the divorce the papers. can he still get divorce without het signing the form?

Yes he can get a divorce. He will need to retain an attorney.
