I am not familiar with your zip code. I don't know if it's Texas. I'm only licensed to give legal advice in Texas. If you are not in Texas, then ignore the rest of this email.
To summarize your facts..you are currently married...you have a boyfriend...you want the boyfriend to move in with you while you are still married? Does that summarize it?
I can't image how you think this is a good idea.
There are a variety of things that could happen. And, I'm not listing every option -- just a couple to grab your attention.
If it's his family's property, then they can evict you. Then you are homeless.
In Texas, the property division can be unequal division of all community debts and assets depending on a variety of reasons for the divorce. I somehow suspect that your husband might want to ask for more than 50% of his community property interest in the house if your b.f. is living there -- he might even get a 60/40 split. Additionally, husband might also ask for reimbursement for any money that you spend on this b.f. while still married.
Lastly, this a new man moves into your husband's home, husband might be a bit upset...he might decide to show up one night with a shotgun and just kill the two of you. Does it happen? Don't you watch or listen to the news.
I'm not psychic -- but the odds are against this new relationship. You need to end one relationship before beginning another. The divorce rate on second marriages is approx. 60%.
