Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am going through divorce and child custody of my two boys. We have temporary orders in place and it is a 50|50 split in time. My ex wife has a drug problem and has run off and left our boys with her parents. We recently had mediation and she didn't even bother showing up, oh and now her parents are going to file a suit for custody now. So now I'm having to share my visitation time with her parents! I have told my lawyer that I don't want to share time with them but he hasn't done anything yet. If you have any advise I would appreciate anything I can get at this time. I want my boys and can give them the life that they deserve.
