divorce and child custody

My husband wants divorce can I refuse his request?

we have 3 yrs old daughter ( US citizen)who is with me in USA at present. my husband went to India for a trip. can he file divorce or child custody in India now? If he can is there any way I can move it to USA court?

He can get a divorce. The questions become, on what terms? You should immediately file in a Texas court to establish jurisdiction over your child. You should do it today.
