Re: Divorce and child

If you agree, you need to have an attorney draft the documents so that the Judge will sign the Agreed Final Decree of Divorce.

If you use an attorney that does a lot of family law cases in your county, that attorney will be able to tell you what he/she thinks the judge will approve.

Good luck!

Even though you are divorcing, you will be co-parenting your child for the rest of your lives.

I'm always glad to hear with a couple can put their differences aside and work together to raise their child!
