Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Divorce, Child Support, parents living in different countries.

I live in Mexico and have 2 children by the same father who lives in Texas. He has filed for divorce and states he works in Mexico, which is not true, and has made up his own child support amount to pay on the document. What legal rights do I have regarding this. I am a US ctz and one of the children is also. The other was born here in Mexico. Do I need to hire a lawyer from the states or can I use someone here in Mexico. I am willing to not contest anything if the amount of child support is fair. Thank you.

You should get a lawyer in Texas who can legally respond to the petition.
