divorce with no childrens

yes i want to file for a divorce my ex is willing to sign but he is in india and he is not allowed back in the us.so is there any other forms i need for him to sign.

Based on what you have written, you and your current husband will have to sign a final decree in addition to your current husband signning a waiver of service.
