Beware of purchasing on-line divorce kits. I've seen several that don't work! It's defintely a "buyer beware" isse when purchasing on line.

I can promise you that several companies GUARANTEE that their product works in Texas and the ones I've seen don't have the State of Texas requirements.

A divorce without kids is easy but you have to do it properly.

Of course, I only see the kits that don't work.

I've seen kits from $30 - $500 - price does NOT mean quality.

It will probably affect her immigration status, but you can file in Texas if you have resided here long enough. Her immigration status is not relevant to the actual divorce proceedings. You must get proper service on her. Good luck. TCL
