Divorce Contract Modification

The divorce was granted in July 1995. I have been made aware of the separation date is inaccurate on the contract. Can this separation date be changed on the divorce to reflect the correct date of separation?

Will I need to refile,or can I file something with the county clerk?

Re: Divorce Contract Modification

The divorce is final 30 days after signed by the judge. If the separation date is a material detail, it may be able to be changed by a Judgment nunc pro tunc.
