Divorce

How much does it cost for an uncontested divorce, only one child, no properties? Also, how long does it take?

Re: Divorce

It really depends on what county you are in and how really "uncontested" the case is. In Travis County and Bexar county we charge more than in the smaller country counties becasue the larger counties make us do more work. If you are in the Austin/ San Antonio area give us a call and we will try and help.

Re: Divorce

It depends on what county you are in (filing fee), and how many hours it takes to draw up the papers and go to court. It can run $500-$800, including fees. Call me at 713-465-1456 with any questions.

Re: Divorce

If you are in my area, I usually charge $795 plus filing fees (approx. $175) and service costs (approx $50). I accept payment of 55% down and 2 months to finish the payments.. I will not finish the divorce until final payment is made and these fees presume that no complications will arise. Call me at 1-888-243-0560
