Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Divorce Court Caption

Am I legal binding in a case where a daughter n law is divorcing my son using my deceased husbands name as the husband and the true husbands name included. I have written the judge to have the caption changed, he is aware of the error, asked the attorneys (that don't care about the caption) to modify the caption and it has not been done. Now, court is set for posible trial of an ugly divorce and I am repeatedly hearing my deceased husband's name slander all over the courts as well as all orders are under his name. I have had enough. I have a lot of questions regarding this divorce. Do I have a legal standing?

Thank you

Re: Divorce Court Caption

I have never heard of a situation like this, but I suppose you could hire a lawyer to file an interpleader for the sole purpose of correcting/clarifying the correct names of the parties.
