Re: divorce and custody

Custody cases are very expensive and time-consuming. The ad litem is responsible to the court to assure the court that all possible avenues of relief for the child have been addressed. It is rare in this county for a judge to allow a divorce case to go to trial without first attempting mediation. These are issues you need to be addressing face-to-face with an attorney.
