You could certainly ask the judge to do that but it is more likely that the judge will consider the cost of the repairs in the division of the marital estate and, if he/she believes that as part of the division of the estate you should be left with a car in working order, then he/she will probably award an additional amount to cover these repairs. This is really a very fact-specific question and without knowing more, it is difficult to say what the judge will or won't do.
