divorce and custody

I am the mother of 4 children and am getting a divorce. I was a stay at home mom there entire lives. I made an agreement (Rule 11) that the kids could stay with their father, but I have had a change of heart and realized I cannot do that. The divorce is not final. What are my chances of getting out of this agreement and getting my kids?

You have two chances - slim and none. You should have thought more carefully before you made the agreement. Maybe the kids want to come back to you. That could be a factor in your favor. Gonna take an attorney. Good Luck.
