My daughter has been diagnosis with Bipolar. She is under a doctors care. Her husband wants divorce.

What are her rights with her mental condition? I'm concerned that he might give her papers to sign.

She can sign a statement as to who she would like to live with if she is older than 12. However, it is NOT binding on the Judge.
