If my daughter and her husband have been seperated for over a year and she's seeing someone and he is to,but my daughter is pregnant by her boyfriend . How will this affect her divorce ?

It's called adultery, but if her husband is doing the same thing (I guess), then it would be difficult to point fingers. Sometimes, it's just the way life goes. It really only becomes important if there are royalty checks and old masters paintings to divide. And usually those inquiries do not come through this site.
