Divorce Decree

Can I get divorce decree changed or revised since I found out that I was given wrong information on my rights?

If it's been more than 30 days, you can ask for a MODIFCATION.

If it's less than 30 days, you can ask the court for a NEW TRIAL.

I recommend that you go back to your attorney or hire an attorney to do the paperwork properly.
