Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
The divorce decree gives the father visitation rights to his children, and orders the mother not to move the children out of state, but she does anyway, knowing the father is on parole and not allowed to leave the state. She is guilty of contempt, failure to notify, and custodial interference. All his money goes for child support and insurance. How can he regain his rights?

He hasn't LOST his rights. He just needs to ENFORCE them. That's done through a motion for contempt. He needs a lawyer.
