Can a Divorce Decree be granted if both partys do not sign it ?

If the decree is based upon a trial or binding mediation agreement, then after a hearing on a Motion to Enter, the court will enter a decree.

If the matter has not yet been litigated or settled, then a decree will not be entered until the contested issues are resolved through trial or mediation.
