Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

According to divorce decree husband is required to pay child support til end of month until child turn 18, providing that child is FULLY ENROLLED in accredited secondary school. Child participated in graduation ceremony June 2014 but due to failing a class went to summer school. He completed summer school July 3, 2014. He had to retake TAKS test (which we now know he failed again). He will retake TAKS test in October. He is no longer fully enrolled in school

(Works a f/t job). Am I reading the papers correctly that since he completed school and is no longer enrolled, husband child support obligations are completed?
