Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

When a divorce decree is issued- it is recorded and filed, then one of the parties want to appeal the divorce, is the divorce null until the appeal goes through. The appeal was just on some financial decisions..not on the entire divorce

No, generally the decree is in force (and can be enforced by contempt) during the appeal.
