Divorce Decree Question

My divorce was final 6 months ago. In the divorce, she was given the house and 1 vechicle. In the divorce decree, it states that she has 90 days to either refinance or sell the house and vechile because my name is on the loans. She has failed to do either and has not attempted to start the process. Now I'm receiving calls from creditor because she has gotten behind on the payments for the house and the vechicle. What are my options. Thanks

You could file a motion for enforcement and contempt.
