Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Divorce Decree Rights

My Divorce Decree states that my ex is responsible for a credit card debt, however, he is not paying it. The credit card is in my name and his name is nowhere on the credit card paperwork and that is why he is not paying it, however, the Divorce Decree states that he is responsible for it. Is there any action I can take since the Divorce Decree states he is responsible? The credit card company states that it does not matter what the divorce decree says because everything they have is in my name with my signature.

Re: Divorce Decree Rights

A motion to enforce and a request for judgment would be the vehicle I would use.
