If the divorce decree was never signed by my ex, does it become invalid until signed?

I've entered decrees never signed by either party.

The only signature necessary is the Judge's signature.

Hopefully, you had an attorney representing you. If so, talk to your attorney. If your case was procedurally done properly, her signature won't be necessary.
