Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

The divorce decree states i can change my last name back to my maiden name. But the last name stated is my ex husbands name not mine. What form can i submit in Texas to change it.

You may be able to correct the final decree with a nun pro tunc order.

Your best way forward is to contact the lawyer that drafted the final decree andnask them about getting the change.
