Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My divorce decree states my ex husband is suppose to remove me from the home. He has filed a bankruptcy and I am still on loan, property deed, how can I fight this and be removed. He is not trying to refinance.

At this point it will probably be impossible, since no third-party lender is going to be interested in losing the only viable debtor on the order. The order is between the two of you, and is not binding on the third-party lender. Make sure that you retained an owelty lien on the house, and consult with an attorney regarding your rights to foreclose on the lien, which is now complicated by the bankruptcy.
