Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My divorce decree states: it is ordered and decreed that all relief requested in this case and not expressly granted is denied. This is a final judgement for which let execution and all wit and processes necessary to enforce this judgement issue this judgement finally disposes of all kinds and all parties and is appealable. What exactly does that mean

This is form language. It means that in case anybody has a question about something that was PLED but wasn't addressed specifically in the final order: that request was denied.
The business about "writs and processes" is just a formality - you could get writs issued even without that language being there.
