Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Divorce decree states that ex has to pay half of all medical bills,our daughter had to get braces and I've made all payments and will have it paid off this year. Does this fall under medical bills?

Usually yes. If a doctor/dentist said it was necessary then it's covered. You should have had him pay his 50% directly to the ortho. Most orthodontists are willing to do this type of arrangement.
