Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
In my divorce decree it states; "The primary residence of the child shall be restircted by geographic location to county of Collin County, Tarrant County, Denton County, or Dallas County, or a county which is contiguous."
Would Navarro County be considered a contiguous? And if not how should I go about getting the county lines extend out for the residency of the child?
I have included a link for a map of the Texas County Lines.

Navarro County is not contiguous to Collin, Tarrant, Denton or Dallas Counties. You would have to file for a modification which might or might not be granted.
