Divorce Decree

There is a Texas Statute that says the defendant is to receive to receive a copy of the signed order within 30 days of the judge signing the document. What is that Statute and what happens if the defendant never receives the documents within the 30 days prescribed period

There's no such Texas family law statute, and the other side has no duty to provide you with a copy, either. If you want a signed copy of the order or decree, you can buy it from the District Clerk just like everyone else.
