Re: divorce decree

The signature of the other person is not required and the divorce can be final 30 days after the decree is signed by the judge.

Re: divorce decree

There is a 60 day waiting period from the time the divorce is filed at the courthouse until it can be finalized.

A divorce is not considered "FINAL" until 30 days after the judge signs.
