Will a divorce be granted to the person filing if the papers are not signed by the person filed on, and if yes, how long will it take for the divorce to be final?

Re: divorce decree
The signature of the other person is not required and the divorce can be final 30 days after the decree is signed by the judge.

Re: divorce decree
There is a 60 day waiting period from the time the divorce is filed at the courthouse until it can be finalized.
A divorce is not considered "FINAL" until 30 days after the judge signs.
