Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I had a default court date in a couple of weeks because my husband never answered the citation after 21 days. now the court said the default date is cancelled because he had an attorney. he had an attorney since the beginning, what difference does it make if neither of them answered the citation?

Divorces are really not DIY. You need an attorney of your own or if you have one he or she needs to be answering your questions.
