Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Do I need to file a rebutle with courts if I don't agree to terms that are in the tempory decree? Also do they need to be filed before the court date or can I just show up and give it to the judge on the court date? My situation is very diffecult to explain

You are trying to represent yourself -- and you have no experience or expertise. Find a lawyer that will work with you on payment plans, and hire the lawyer.
