Divorce

I filed for a divorce and the contract I signed states I will be retaining an attorney and he refuses to listen to my requests what options do I have????

Who isn't listening to your requests? Your husband? I am not surprised, that is why you are getting a divorce. Your lawyer? He or she may have a good reason -- sit down and listen to their advice -- they have experience, knowledge and expertise in these areas and they may have good advice for you. If not, then get another lawyer.
