I have filed for a divorce 7months ago.his attorny is not cooperating with my attorney so what are my rights every day he can spend our saving and i cant do anything,how long can he hold us off

You should have gotten a TRO right away. If your lawyer doesn't know how to fix this, get a new lawyer tomorrow. But, TRO's cost extra money and a Temporary Injunction now will cost extra money also. Just to let you budget for these things.
