Divorce

I filed my petition for divorce in February. Mistakenly, I filed the waiver on the same day. When I went to finalize my divorce, I was told that I had to get another waiver signed. However, my ex will not sign another waiver. I filed a uncontested divorce. Will I need to re-file as a default divorce or is there a form that I can file to change the status of the petition? Please advise. My case is scheduled to be dismissed 8/29/07.
