divorce

i filed for divorce and a temporary restraining order. i no longer want the divorce the hearing for the restraining order is tomorrow can it be dismissed? i no longer want a divorce either. My layer said he would still have a restraining order for 60 days until the end of the divorce. I dont want the diviorce so i just wont sign the final divorce dcree right?

I'm sorry you are confused but the one who needs to be answering these questions is your attorney. Temporary Restraining Orders only last 14 days or until the Temporary Orders hearing if they are extended. Talk to your attorney again and make sure he or she understands what you want and you understand what he or she is saying.
