I filed for divorce a year ago and his attorney has changed the court date once he refused to reach agreement and will not come to court on 2nd court date. Will I be able to obtain divorce without his signing settlement?

did you file a counter claim for divorce.. I would suggest you do so and send copy to his attorney. Then you can obtain divorce if he no shows again.
