Hello I am Filing for an divorce and I

have a question as far as debt

goes. Me and my husband acquired a car together and as you

can see we are not together

anymore. I would like to know what

forms I have to file to have certain

debt that was acquired through my marriage off my credit report.

There aren't any. Your marital state has nothing to do with your credit report. If your name is on the loan, it's going to stay there unless to loan is refinanced in the other party's name.
