Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My divorce was final May 14,2008

In the decree it states that from the sale of the house all equity would first pay off all community debt. I was seperated from him a year prior to the divorce being final. All debt was in my name (including the house) now my credit is worse than crap and I have nothing ! It will probably take me over ten years to restore my credit (that i worked hard maintain.) And even worse he is letting the house fall apart and deteriorate. He does not help me with any payments to cover the community debt... I want him to move out since that is all I have left to show for my hard work.

what can I do????????

You discuss the sale of the house, yet say that he is still living in the house. Was a sale ordered? Is he refusing to cooperate in the sale of the house? If so, go back to court and ask the court to enforce the sale; or else modify the terms of the sale. If necessary the court can force an auction of the house.
