If my divorce was final after I got re married is my new marriage legal?

It wouldn't have been legal until the 31st day after your divorce decree was signed by the judge, but assuming that both of the new spouses were okay with the situation, the new marriage would become valid at that point.

Your new marriage would be legally valid at the point when the Marriage Certificate is issued.
The old marriage was concluded at the time the Court entered the Divorce Decree.
Neither the divorce or the new marriage effect each other until a Court issues an order invalidating one or both of the marriage contracts.
